其GC相关mRNAs经过聚类分析、靶基因预测、GO富集等,根据之前的研究结果,选定4条与癌症发展相关的经典途 径“Cell adhesion”、“Pathway in cancer”、“Cell cycle” 及“Tight junction”;在四个途径的mRNA-ceRNA分析结果中,CLDN4与癌症的发展密 切相关。本研究基于基因差异表达数据,筛选出基因CLDN4,并构建lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA互作网络,阐明了CLDN4增强胃癌细胞增殖和转移能力的转录调控机制。
